Could you do me a favour then and ask them to pick up the phone or possibly reply to emails...
I have an uplift pass that has disappeared from my account so I need to speak to someone.
I do love the place and have been going from the start, but for the price that you now have to pay I would expect there to be someone who is available to answer a phone or reply to an email- have been trying for weeks now...

I got someone on Thurs about 4 on phone, I then got a reply on Friday
I'm there 2 weeks tomorrow if you don't get anything by then, ping me the info you need
