As per the above really. Every time I try to step up the training I start getting the symptoms again. I'd appreciate any advice if there are any fellow sufferers out there.

Dr John Campbell on YouTube has had Kyle ? don’t know his surname who’s a mountain biker recently discussing his struggles with pericarditis following his probable inadvertent intravenous jab which caused it.
