Liquid I had a week of rampant wind then a wet turbine engine strapped to my ass Fri to Sat.

I've found those actimel type probiotic drinks help het your stomach back to normal quicker , certainly helped after a bout of food poisoning and disgusting eggy burps I had after some dost seafood
