I bought a Feilun boat for my kids but its not working properly. I've been refunded but still have the boat so I'm wondering if I can fix it.
Did a test run in the bath and it goes OK but the throttle stays on for 20-30 seconds after pressing it. I assumed it was the remote control but if I switch the remote control off whilst the boat is in stuck mode the boat stays stuck. Also boat will stick in forward or reverse whichever you press first.
Does this make sense? Any ideas what type of thing I could do to try and fix it?

If it has a seperate ESC it could be a setting you can change on that. Normally programmable through the transmitter - try and find the words for it on line
Is it a machanical problem, a control cable sticking ? Could be a job for wd40, the perfect product for when you think something needs maintainence but you don't really know how 😉
WD40 sounds a good place to start. If that fails I'll try and work out what you are on about Duc!
