I did a Darth Maul outfit the other month. Quite enjoyable.

Can you just join the 501s?

I have a mate who does stuff with the Mandolorian Mercs. Seriously awesome gear that he made all himself. I would certainly be going along if I had the patience to make a suit!

"Rebel Legion" were at Maker Faire UK in Newcastle last month.
The level of detail on the costumes and props they had was impressively geeky.
