Apparently there is a leaky roof/chimney problem on out house we rent out. Lost the card of the good roofer, any suggestions?
Other part useless letting agents still getting e-mail address wrong after being told many times managed to take a message that next door had a damp problem (no saying which side) and there is a problem with the chimney - what should we do?? er find out whats actually happening and let us know??
So would someone please go and fill their shoes
How bad has the weather been - enough wind/rain to cause damage to roof/chimney stack that insurance will pay up on?
