Looks similar to Elephant Bush but need better close up pics. Try looking up Jade plants

Not elephant bush. The leaves on this one are tiny, literally a mm or two across. Struggling to get a better pic on my phone.

Close up photo please, in focus and with a scale. Then you may get a proper answer.
