I've been doing a bit of detecting with my Ace 250 and did have a permission until recently. Nothing else forthcoming so thought I'd try a rally. Got a big one near me this weekend and have got my ticket for a day walking about in 200 acres with 199 others. Any do's and dont's as its my first ever?

I certainly have a better stick waving technique than Lance! He's got a 2 grand CTX 3030 and clearly doesn't put his coil any where near to the soil!
