Looking for the name of these little handles that fit under and attach to the back of the door? If you know where I could get some even better?

Hafele or Ironmongery-direct for online. They also sell them in Ikea. Not sure if you can buy them individually but they usually do for most parts but you may have to ask, or the good Ikeas have a spares bin in the bargain corner and you might get lucky
