Well, he's upfront about the welding so fair play to him.
Those wheels...never seen anything of their like before - except on a 1980s Raleigh Burner.
I thought mag wheels were a 1990’s thing and all pre disk brakes, makes me suspicious as to how those oversized disks are attached. Screwed into the plastic?
