Bootle.
What time of year are we talking?
Sorry. School summer hols 2017
£3k for 7 nights? **** me, hope my kids don't see this. We paid £450 for 10 days in a gite this summer!
Poolman off here has a great place just inland from Denia on the Costa Blanca. Sleeps 6, good pool with kids stuff, 15 mins drive from the beach.
Maybe give him a call if you fancy.

Be better if I was somewhere where I didn't need the heating on thanks! 😉
Hope that's pool heating...just about still sea swimming here although weathers turning cooler. I will be in Lancaster in Dec Jan if you are free.
If you want to get some riding in as well how about Garda Lake Italy?
Thanks Essel. And Poolman you have a lovely place there. Bookmarked for future reference, but not 2017. Since starting this thread me and Mrs HC have gone off in another direction entirely re next year's hols (why are we dragging the kids to the Mediterranean when they'd be literally just as happy in Scarborough? And we'll buy a tandem with the money we save) 😀
Weirdly, Poolman's villa just appeared in a sponsored post in my Instagram feed. Is that a coincidence?
Ha ha fame at last...HomeAway spend loads on marketing so not surprised. They have to justify their 10% fees. Loving the snow threads it's still warm here, I swam in the sea last week.
Following this, identical needs to the o.p
A really good friend of mine runs a business finding you holidays ..... All guaranteed etc. Put the enquiries over to her ?
