We will be in touch
Hi - i've been round in circles on Amazon trying to organise a return of a defective item to no avail....
Last December we bought a PS4 from Amazon (and it was them, not a Marketplace order). it's been rarely used until 8 weeks ago when Destiny came out... now the D pad on the controller has stopped working.
As i said i've tried to find a way to set up a return but despite following their advice i can't open an issue up on the order....
Any suggestions to help placate my teenager who should really be studying for A2's??
The returns form gets turned off after a while. I've had great service from just contacting them and explaining the issue. Even works for fulfilled by orders.
As Nixie says, after 30 days the automated return window shuts. So you'll need to speak to them by doing the following:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ref=hp_gt_comp_cu?nodeId=471044
Select an order...
then select an issue from the drop down menu.
Then choose a contact method. Do live chat, or call us.
Tell them it's knackered, and you'll get sorted.
