Life is too short to deal with thetrainline.com - horrific site, expensive and just a nasty experience overall - but I'm wondering what the alternative is?
Has anyone found a credible alternative?

Works well for me and cheap fares. what do you find difficult with it?

National rail enquiries site for me every time now after finding the same journey half the price of trainline!

I use it and the Blackberry App frequently. Works seamlessly. I don't book BIG journeys, mainly local stuff.

I got £20 return Aberdeen to Glasgow. No problems using trainline here.
