Ooh this is new! And horrible! So they put a very effective spam blocker in, then allow spam in this format:

I'm using IE today, don't normally, is it that?

'Promotions' = 'Safely ignore' in my book...
(also getting them in Chrome, hadn't really noticed though for the above reasons...)

Hmm, I get plenty of stuff in Promotions that I want to read.
That's spam though. Spammed by my own mail provider!
