What's this new "Add This" icon on every post I'm seeing? Does anyone else get it?
It claims to be a "Privacy Badger", whatever that might be.
It's a very annoying bright red colour. Can I turn it off?
you have malware by the sounds of it, or have unwittingly installing something.
edit: look like its an addon for chrome /mozilla, so if you have installed without full consent (cheeky hidden checkbox etc) disable it in extension settings.
Privacy Badger is legitimate from the EFF; unless it's malware [i]calling [/i]itself PB, I'd be surprised if it's been installed surreptitiously.
Worth running a [url= http://www.malwarebytes.org ]malware[/url] scan to be sure, but you can probably just ininstall it from Control Panel like any other software.
Yup, I installed it myself a while ago and then forgot about it.
Looks like STW has triggered it, though I'm not sure how. I think it means [s]Skynet[/s] STW is tracking me.
