anyone got a qiuck simple guide on how to upload a piccy from my docs

First of all, you can't "upload" it to STW from your PC. You need to have it hosted somewhere like Flickr.

Slight hijack, but if you're posting a web address, how do you change the wording for the link as it appears on the post, rather than just the address appearing as the link?

@mefster - use the 'URL' button above the text box and put the wording you want for the link in the second prompt that comes up.

Or just type in the text you want to appear, highlight it with your mouse, then click the URL button. Now paste in the actual URL and click "OK"
