does on wifi, what's the issue?
Not here but another site. Its the only site that doesnt work on mobile phone data (HTTP ERROR 504) when connected to wifi it loads no bother. No problems with the many other sites I visit.

Error 504 is a timing error, basically it's taking too long for the server to respond.
An important thing to remember is that the 504 error is a server-side error. That means the problem exists with the website you’re trying to access, and not with your computer. That’s both good and bad news. It’s good news because there’s nothing wrong with your computer, and it’s bad news because there’s usually nothing you can do to solve the problem from your end.

The definition of 504 is:
The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely response from an upstream server it needed to access in order to complete the request
So somewhere between the server holding the original page and your phone is another server that's getting fed up waiting. The traffic to your WiFi goes a different route so it doesn't go through that server.
Is your phone browser loading compressed pages, ie, 'data saver'? The server that does the compression could be what's timing out.
