I've got a 32" Sony LCD tv and a Sony Blu-Ray player, all hooked up through a Sony surround sound amp. Picture quality and sound are great, but why does the picture go to letterbox format when watching discs ? Is this correct, or do I need to change settings ? Seems odd that the aspect ratio would change between watching the same film on TV or disc.
