Ladies and Gents.

I have found a fantastic way to tow a caravan, it's saved me a bomb in diesel

Handily, it's 11 days out of warranty too. Result, AA bod thinks it could be a software issue.

The AA have been fantastic by the way!

How ridiculous that cars can now crash & lock up like a computer as opposed to crash into a hedge!

Dublin to Fife on an AA truck. Wheel bearing failure.

I was too mean to pay for european recovery when my Passat's timing pulley loosened. Easy enough DIY repair at home. Not so easy when in Perpignan in the south of France. Garage charged me a couple of hundred quid to tow it to the garage to tell me it was toast. Binned it. Excess baggage on Ryanair flight home was £400.

Not to self, always go for Euro cover.

Little Sam says this is a great holiday, he's lived in his wellies, built snowmen, ridden in a big yellow truck, he doesn't think he'll be this lucky again

Yeah.. reliable and Freelander, or indeed Discovery, don't really go hand in hand.

Oi . I'm called Robert .
But i dont build shonky Freelanders
My mate went on a diving trip to the Orkneys . Except he didnt as his Saab 900 gearbox blew itself apart a few miles from the Ferry in the top of Sctlandshire .
He was AA relay'd all the way to Guildford.

I'm hoping that it's not going to cost me a fortune to put right
