hooray 🙁

can't breath through my nose, ears are all blocked up and a foggy background headache. makes it very difficult to breath in spin classes, commuting and evening mtb rides. mleh, suppose i could stay in and make more wedding decorations... but thats very difficult when the suns shining and mrsconsequence wants to be out on the bikes every evening.

anybody else got a 'summer cold'?

Had mine last week while on nightshift. After sleeping till about 1pm I'd wake up with a banging headache with either a blocked nose that was dripping or snot everywhere. Feel better now but still have a tickly cough & bringing up grollies.

Panic not, it's all over according to the BBC this morning. Rain forecast for next week. 😀

not hayfever, i get that in spring and autumn but not the middle of summer. i knows hayfever and this is simply a cold, that you'd normally experience in winter, but in summer.

think i've been overdoing it

i blame binners

(could be Cat AIDs, i did look at a cat the other day)

Its probably my fault to be fair, I've been in pretty rude health for quite a stretch now. Somebody has to suffer, I'm afraid

I was thinking the same about 2 years ago. I had had a cold for he previous 2 years and at most I occasionally felt a bit tired, was a really cool !

Then I got a tooth/gum infection dentists dithered didnt have it removed for 6 months was on antibiotics for 6 months have nt really been properly well since.

Yeti will no doubt be disappointed that Jimmers now has his own pop-up tent.
