Bah, stuck on 8 across and 13 down. Suspect I'll kick myself on the latter.
...although, weirdly, the crossword grid and the clues seem to have changed?!
anyhow, it's the forum powerhouse and the great annual tyre that are befuddling me.

Ah ha! Got them all. Really should've had the Forum thing more easily, and the tyres one just needs thinking through. Quite a lot in my case.
Actually finished one for a change.
Now on this week's ... all done apart from forum powerhouse ...
15 minutes to do all but one, followed by an hour of Close Encounters of the Third Kind style mania while I ate lunch and got back to work thinking about the last clue.
