Just come across this, looks a good idea but is it ay good?
Also my trainer doesn't look supported, its a tacx iflow, but I also have a stages. Does the power cure matter if I'm using a power meter with nn ant plus device?

I've been on it since Jan/Feb, it's great. Did an imperial century the other day which I'd never have bothered doing on a turbo otherwise.
If you've got a power meter you should be OK regardless of trainer, it uses power with your weight and location on the course to determine speed. It'll get power either from a PM (bike or smart trainer) or a known power curve on certain dumb trainers.
Get the app as well, adds quite a bit to the experience.
