😀😀😀

Might have a look at that, but have the kids so probably can only make a few hours...

However...
Tomorrow I'm doing this workout as missing being on the bike!

Xterra ride

Just over an hour.. any takers?

My legs are fried from some Tour events this week, so a workout isn't on my list. I'm hoping i can hang in for some Crit laps just long enough though.

Is that the 4000 people strong one?

If anyone wants an invite for 8.30am on Sunday I am doing a more chilled pace group ride. Got a mate who is getting back into Zwift but the pace will be slower than normal Sunday hills. Happy for anyone who wants to join in though.

Yes I think a more chilled pace will suit me better Sunday, so I'll do that instead. Let the fast boys fly in France! 😃

By the way there is a TT tomorrow at 9am if anyone wants a practice run for the second Tuesday night race.

My calve popped liked a bastard on a run this morning so I might join in the morning as it might not be wise to risk it outdoors. It’s strained quite badly and can just about hobble on it as the moment.

Got it. I'll likely come play for an hour or so. I can't do that distance at the pace you boys go.

Still on for it... it's 60km, but petit-boucle is pretty flat for the most part, with a hill halfway and at the end...

Will be group pace I Guess...

Cheers for joining weeksy - was quite nice taking the Epic KOM at a fairly relaxed pace. Radio tower as ever was awful!

Was a fun group ride this morning, for sure!
Though there was only 4 of us (PLUS the Ghost of P.D.. ) we stayed together the whole time, on a really pleasant z2 ride around France.

Cheers all, was great!

Next week, how about insbruk??

Good ride this morning in an odd way, got to see the chat but no one could see if I replied and drafting didn’t seem to be working and regardless of pace couldn’t catch back up.

That said I had a great ride, burnt a chunk of calories and got the miles I needed for the week.

I am hoping to have done my months miles Saturday to get a rest day in before I start 22 rides in 27days inspired by Lejog (I say this as it’s not the complete distance but rides near the route) https://lejog2021.fulgaz.com/ So don’t take this the wrong way I hope not to ride next Sunday and have a rest day 😂

Sorry I didn't ride today. Sun was shining so intended to get out on the big bike for the first time this year then decided stupidly to get involved in building a desk and woops it was tea-time. FFS.

Howdy all...

Next Sunday is nearly upon us again, so time for another Sunday Hills....
How does Insbruk..Lutcsher CCW sound?

What do we reckon.1 climb... or 2??
I think 2, as it's only 400m elevation per climb!

Don't forget..if it's a meetup, we start at the TOP..

Morning!
Just wondering if anyone fancies a Saturday volcano this weekend? The 25 lap badge is still needed so might be good to do as a group to pass the boredom of laps, its 100km so around 2.5 to 3 hrs.
Those that haven't got the 10 lap badge would also pick that up on the way. Plus the 100km badge and kit if you dont have it. Prizes galore!

Would need to be an early start for me, 7-30 or 8am.
What about rubber band to keep us together? Yes or no?

Let me know of any interest and I'll put out invites if so.

The wife's working all weekend and if I could trust my boys to play 3 hours of Minecraft without interrupting me I'd be there, I think I'll have to give it a miss though...

Drying trails, lack of rain, new shock to test... there's only 1 place i'll be this weekend and it's not indoors.

I am in - ticks of the last thing I need to do really. Conflicted on the rubber band - you still have to do the work but does keep everyone together. Depending on take up if there is a decent amount meetup only view? But if just a few of us then rubber band on I reckon.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking Robbo, lets see who shows interest and I'll get it set up.

If only a few of us in rubber band then I might not do meetup view, as it will be more interesting with other riders around on the course.

I’ll most likely join you guys at the volcano tomorrow but most likely just to ride and hour and half fasted and before the kids start to stir. Wife’s working so can’t get out for a real ride but may need to limit the time as I have a new nasty lump developing. Going to switch my saddle to a firmer one but with a cut out for the delicate areas.

Likewise next weekend the mrs is off so I’ll probably get out if the weathers good. However @drp I would be up for the PRL full weekends of 13/14 or 20/21 either of these as the Mrs is working the weekend so I’m confined to barracks, or at least with the kids.

Let me know if you fancy it for any of those weekends and which day and I’ll leave a day or two beforehand.

I’m still up for Surrey hills this sunday.

Still no sign on the Tacx E-Thru axle I ordered at the end of Jan and most places still saying 3-5 weeks delivery. It's been great not using my new trainer!
