Morning all. I'm considering making a few upgrades to my nearly-new Speccy Camber Elite (2012 model) and I've found some good prices online for last year's Fox Float RP2 and RP23 shocks.
To be honest the stock Ario is fine for light XC type stuff but I find it gets easily swamped on anything remotely techical, and the lack of a Pro-Pedal setting means that I run the air pressure quite high (15-20% sag) so that I don't have to keep reaching for the lockout every 30 seconds.
I've seen generally positive reviews for the Fox Float series and was just wondering if anyone on here would recommend one of these shocks (at the £150 level) as a decent upgrade?

Buy a second hand shock and try it out?
Perhaps try out a coil too?
