Pretty impressed with Theresa from WC.
Despite the Christmas holidays a fairly prompt turnaround on a warranty issue dropper post.
Good communication throughout and resolved to my satisfaction.
New post received which is working fine!

I've also had great service from them when I changed my mind on a helmet light a couple of times.

Couldn't agree more on WC - had a very good experience with them on a Magura warranty and a terrific deal on a new Orbea Occam.

+1, they sorted me out with warranty issue on Reba's last year and went above and beyond to help me. Great service

+1, they quickly arranged a replacement frame when my Cube MTB cracked.
