Don't think it is ever totally dry.
I was there Thursday and the red / black was all perfectly ridable although the bike and I got very [s]muddy[/s] sandy.
[list]Been sunny all day Sun, the Marin trail, by Betws Y Coed was running great. Llandegla should have dried out after Fri's rain.
Degla runs about the same no matter what the weather's doing unless it's covered in snow!
Weather's looking good today though, so should be great up there, just remember the shop & cafe is usually closed on a monday.

On a separate topic, if you've not ridden there recently, prepare to get a bit disorientated at the start of the Red due to lots of tree felling !
