That lumpy sole doesn't look particularly conducive to flat pedal grip. Like riding some of those horrible walking boots people on here keep bizarrely recommending.

Sole indeed doesn't look ideal for riding. Adjustment between foot positions would be too big. (it appears, obvs not tried em)
