Why not? Bloke's just trying to earn a quid or two, and some aficionado might love that.
That's what Ebay's all about.
I wish I'd kept some of my old 80s Freewheel catalogues; would be nice to see how things have changed.
And I've found old trade Shimano catalogues to be a very useful reference source, for finding out what works with what, and what combinations of kit there are available.

It's a 2009 catalogue! Any 'aficiondo' would go to a cannondale dealer and pick one up!
