Usually I buy a stack of pads at the same time to keep stocks in so I can just change without waiting. I'm down to my last two pairs so wanting to top up again. All bikes are using SRAM Guide RS/RSC..

Who's recommended right now? Superstar, Discobrakes, Uberbike... ?

I've been going with Noah and Theo for quite a while now, but similarly no complaints about Superstar or Uber, all of which I've used.

Tried a bundle of non-OEM SRAM and always come back to SRAM own brand, they seem (to me at least) to be consistently better quality and last significantly better than nearly every Ex brand out there. Yes you can pair significantly less, but some of the really cheap ones wear out pretty damn fast.

What NickC said
Tried some EBC reds, and they were fadematic

I was a big fan of Fibrax until the last couple of batches I used separated from the backing plate and rusted badly. Now trying Galfer, who I believe make Hope's pads.

I'm using sram OEM Sintered and Galfer.

Sram sintered are slightly more powerful and grabby. But the Galfer pro green pads just get the job done, no noise even in the wet and last really well! Totally hassle free pads

SwissStop all day long for me, had the Organics and Endurance pads from them and they made my Guides and G2s feel much better. Prefer the Organic over Endurance as they have more bite and they seem to last pretty well too. Yet to try the RS but once my spare set of Organics is used up I'll try the RS. Well worth the money.

Galfer greens here.
Used Rahox in the past which were also good but couldn't get them in lockdown.

+1 on UberBike Race Matrix on my MTBs. More durable than resin, much quieter than sintered.

Except for OEM Shimano resin on my commuting bike where I don't have the same big braking moments and had issues with (I assume) glazing pads due to insufficient heat.

OEM for me.. if you're buying a few sets then R2 Bike are cheap for OEM SRAM (~10 euros a pair).
