How long did your last day take PP, and over what distance?

Last day was a long 'un. From the event website -

Linking Stage Seven
Strata Florida to Builth Wells
Total distance: 84km
Climbing: 2500m
6-7 hours riding, IIRC

Most days were 1800-2000m of climbing. I ate everything I could possibly get down my neck and lost 1/2 stone in a week.

Tony - was good to see you and some of the other West Yorkshire STW boys.

Was a hard course - full credit to the organisers, it held up well to a lot of riders and was very testing. Minor grumble that it didn't cover more of the actual Altura North and South loops, but I guess it is really difficult trying to juggle interesting trail with enough passing places for 400 people.

Can cope with fireroad climbs, fireroad and road descents are a little bit sole destroying though.

Good atmosphere, excellent marshalling and top weather. Thanks to those who put in the effort to organise.

Tom

I did it in 5.37 taking it nice and careful. Good to meet The Littlest Hobo on the first climb. Brilliant event and great views. ๐Ÿ™‚
