As above - are there any out of the box solutions? Must fit square roof bars, and clamp on downtube.

Thule proride 951, Mont blanc something (but watch the tyre width). Best I have seen is Pendle single bike rack but it holds your fork in the 15mm adapter so you need to keep front wheel in car.
No lock on it but bike is incredibly secure.
If Thule did an outrider for 15mm axles that would be my choice as it would no doubt have a locking mechanism.
