What grease are people using for the CK Bottom Bracket injection tool or bottom brackets in general?
I was looking at some of that Phil waterproof grease, any feedback?
I use Rock n Roll's super sticky white stuff, can't remember the real name of it right now though sorry.

Tell me, do you know if the CK bottom braket injection tool work with any BB or just CK ones?
Just the CK ones as there is no real seal at the rear of the bearing, this is where the grease enters the housing purging the used stuff out of the front.
was looking at M760 BB last night and the only 'seeming' shielding it had was the external metal washer between the bearing out the outer plastic top hat.. so it might work? (with the top hat and washer removed)
Anyone tried it? (or care to try it?)
Still don't think it would work as the King one has a small plastic shim that diverts the new grease into the bearing. If you take a look in a King one you'll see its different to a normal BB.
I use a light semi-fluid industrial grease in this 😆
