It's doing my head in. Turn right before Mellor church, down the drive to the houses and just to the left of the garden is a wrought iron gate with a small blue arrow denoting the bridleway. Go through the gate and oblivion (well a wall, a tight squeeze and then a feild with sheep and random lenghts of electrified fence.
It's marked on the map but ther is no obvious route to the hamlet on the other side.
Help!
I need to link up a route between Mellor church and the road on the other side of Rowarth so I can get to Robin Hood's Picking Rods with as little road as possible.

Genius! Thank you Trailflow. I can now see how to get right round to Mill Brow, excellent.
Thank a lot.

A mate and myself did the lower end of Marple Lakes and Mellor Golf Club (in fact, we rode through a game of golf at one point) yesterday as well. Lovely weather, wasn't it? Quite a few people out riding too.
