After 6 weeks work without a day off I have monday free to do as I please. Im itching to get out on the bike but have no idea where to go. I live in brough east yorkshire so willing to travel within reason. Where would you suggest?? Thanks.

You know the area, just go and ride. You're not going to get lost. Make a decision, go for a long, steady known ride or a shorter investigative ride.
