I managed to solve my 10mm fork suck by pumping up and giving the fork a few cycles up and down. My mate has the same issue but we cant just get it to equalise the air. Probably just going to strip the fork down and clean it. However looking in the Pike Manual I cannot see any mention of the transfer port or see it in any pictures. So where exactly is this magical port that needs to be cleaned out??

It's just a tiny dimple in the side of the air chamber that lines up with the plunger at full extension. Once you get the fork apart you can feel it easily enough.
