Having, through being injured, missed my planned MTB event which was a charity ride in Burnley that I found on Facebook randomly, I am looking to find another one to try.
My wife is a keen runner and there seems to be a plethora of places she can find 10ks, trail runs, half marathons and the like to do, not to mention parkrun every week 😂
I was just wondering if there was a site or two I should look through as most of the ones I find are for roadies.

Sientries usually has various events over the UK, I use it for getting my macavalanche tickets.
These might be a bit far south, but I use Trail Break Mountain Bike Events for off-road sportive type events. They've been around for a while and are well organised. Plus, if you're on the same event as me, you're guaranteed not to be last. 🙂

@moff still working on a way to swing it. It's round 1 of the Wessex CX league the following day in Clanfield. I'll be at that racing as daughter will be doing it so not sure I can get away with 2 days in a row.
