The 90 degree pipe for pressurizing the aircan (top left) means that I have to run the shock backwards so that it doesn't foul my frame. This means I can't run a bottle as the reservoir is in the way.
I know you can get a straight valve instead of the 90 degree one which would stop it fouling but my google skills are failing me and I can't find where from.

Yep, Mojo to be certain that it's the same thread 'as usual' but you can pick up the fox valves from various shops:
