its on the piston that pushes down - an O ring with a strange almost chamfered shape. Cannot see a rebuild kit with it in. The Joe Blow Sport rebuild kit at £4 certainly does NOT have it in afaik

On the piston it has an o ring but its just a standard one around 35mm Im guessing this is no good.
Dunno where your based but Samways in Derby had a mahoosive box of all the Topeak spares. I got a seal for the valve on mine and it cost 70p i think.
The box seemed to be something that a Topeak dealer would keep so it might be worth checking where your local Topeak stockist is
