[Closed] Where can I get a stem for a 40mm steerer tube???? Old Cannondale Headshok

Hi all,

I have a 120mm long stem on my mid-nineties Cannondale Killer V(yes a blast from the past) but after something more like 80mm long

Only trouble is the Headshok steerer tube is a whopping 40mm diameter!

Where can I get a stem to suit please?
Am I restricted to cannondale stems, specifically made for this size?
Bars are 31.8mm
