Heading to the Tweed Valley myself.  Been bone dry for weeks. Never seen that before 🙂  Have a great day whatever you do.

Nowhere, still nursing a chest infection that just won’t go despite antibiotics. Hopefully I’ll be out next weekend!

Here! Nice little local pootle, down the valley. Loving how dusty my bike is 😃

OK, these were taken yesterday but got to enjoy some amazing conditions on the Isle of Coll - first one is Crossapol and second is Traigh Hogh - absolutely deserted.

Awesome day for it.  Today was about Gnar but I love a pootle and or a coast ride as well.

A very, very sweaty scorchio mtb ride in the hills above Marbella 🥵🔥☕👌followed by a dip in the sea and some cold cervezas on the beach

Just some local bridle ways for me and my 7 year old boy today. Got 10.5 miles in with lots of chatting and laughs and him giving a running commentary on the freshness of the horse poo he's just ridden past... 🤣 just simple, happy times ❤️

I was contemplating ebike riding up Old Winchester Hill via Hayden Lane for the first time this year on any bike, but it got quite warm today and I woke up quite groggy...

So I ended up doing 45mins in Watopia before dinner, a short TT followed by ~30mins of cooling down!

Hoped to go out after dinner, but we ate late and I felt quite cream crackered after the TT, next thing I knew it was sunset at 2025.

Up and down the A11/14 for the ECCA 50. Fastest course in the country and managed a PB and solid midpack finish. Had to be finished by 9:30 due to road traffic. Pleased with my power and HR but recovery today.

Horner Wood (Exmoor). I found one interesting wiggly bit... need to go back to try and find a few more. 👍
