This arrived in the bag o bits for my new bike.
Any clues as to what it is and how i use it? Sag implies suspension but i cant see any way of screwing it in anywhere. Bikes an Orbea Rise.

Used for pre-setting torque of main pivot on seat tube.
You'll need it; it won't be long before it starts creaking from there!

Yes i do need it….195 mls and creaking worse than my mates 15 y/o never maintained 26er.
Well p’d off.
195 mls and it sounds like an old clunker!!! Easy enough fix but found the 2 non/drive bearings at the back of the linkage are rhubarb’d. Pretty shocking given the light riding its had

Change the 20mm bolt for a 16mm bolt, apparently fixes ithe creak
