Currently got a Brand-X HT-01 frame from chain reaction, it's not bad at all, the head angle is spot on at 68.5 degrees and the fenders fit well using P clamps, it's relatively light and dirt cheap - but not my dream frame either - my current wishlist.
Beautiful round tubes (e.g. steel or titanium) in not black.
Straight headtube for my straight Surly fork
5 cm or so shorter chainstay down to 420 cm
Lower top tube to make it more playful (ala Kona Honzo - but how would you fit fixed fenders on that?).
12 mm rear axle (already got Hope wheels to support em).
I'd love to see this bike nac nac bunnyhopping through the inner city traffic.
If only it had a lower top tube.
