Condition?
as its says up there - new a year ago (all bar wheels) and used for 6 months so some signs of use but in probably 8-9/10 condition
Split it and you should get more - Pikes have to be worth £350-£400 on their own, if 650B or 26" email in profile 🙂

I would say split it as those are all good components that people want, saying that it is a sensible build so you might get 1k as a whole.
