Murr and I rode the Capel Mounth loop today. Descending I had a tumble bruised my butt but far more worryingly I've trashed my tea drinking arm. I'm unable to raise my favourite tea mug single handed. My left arm has tennis elbow and is equally debilitated.
Tea drinking overrides log chopping and cake eating in the Hoose of Moont scissors, paper, stone hierarchy.
What would Guy do?
