The wee man's got them on his Belter, much better than the tiny pedals that came on it.
No idea on threads on here but those pedals are what my kids use
I used some plastic Wellgo-a-likes that actually worked rather well from CRC - light but not flexy, grippy and less shin mincing than metal ones when it all goes wrong.
