I currently have a set of Shimano XT M775 brakes fitted to my bike. I want to upgrade the rotors to 180mm (front and rear). I am unsure whether to get Magura Marta SL rotors or Hope Floating rotors. Did Hope even do a 180mm size rotor, or did they just do 183mm?

get some cheap ones from discobrakes (£10) or MTB direct (£9 for Imperial ones)

stick with what you have and get a +20mm adapter and shimano disc. You may only need to do the front as well.
