[Closed] What settings do you use on your GoPro Nero HD for MTBing?

Not really played around much as it's quite new, but the default setting (4) is useful for me because of the very wide angle - gives a much better impression of speed, and the resolution on that setting is fine.

What mountings do you have? I just have the helmet one at the moment.

I have a chest mount, helmet mount and bar mount to cater for different biking activities.

I have just downloaded the firmware update and the image does not look right

R4, it's best as you rget something like 170 degree angle and don't lose any noticeable quality over full 1080 setting R5 which narrows it down to 127 degrees
