Fed up with my cheap Endura glasses fogging up when riding, so much so I didn't wear them yesterday when in the woods and true to form, a bit of mud smacked me straight in the eye, ouch! What decent riding specs do people wear these days that don't fog up? Are Oakleys worth the money, if so which ones?
Trevor.
No need for new spec's get some Bob Heath visor spray.
A biker friend off mine put me on to it when I was whining about fogged glasses/ggoggles, does a great job IME.
Mucky Nutz Fender Bender means virtually no mud in the eyes anyway. Deal Extreme Fakeley Jawbones are quite good if you don't mind looking a tool - dunno if you can still get them.
A ghetto version of that Bob Heath stuff is to smear one drop of washing up liquid on the inner lens surface and then wipe off. Leaves a thin film that stops fogging
Oakley Jawbones, the only way to go.
Another vote for Bob Heath spray, small can lasts for ages too. A fiver well spent.
Tried the washing up liquid method and I had a Mucky Nutz fitted yesterday!
I use Oakley Radar lock Paths with persimmon vented lenses for all the winter / faux summer stuff. Also use the Bob Heath anti mist, belt and braces. It all depends how much you sweat and how cold it gets. So far a perfect set up,I wear contacts with these- was a pain in the Butt with glasses. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Can't tell they are on when riding
El cheapo safety glasses here, and Nikwax visor sprat which is much the same thing as Bob Heath. Have to say it's still not quite as good as a really first class anti-fog lens, but it's not far off.

Not quite true.. 😉

True, does help, did it last night to my jawbones and they never steamed up on todays ride
