road bike red shifters rival rear mech, mech came off a different bike and worked fine. Can get the gears to index fine but in the 11t sprocket then is a slight click and jump all other sprockets are fine no click or jump just the 11t. I have tried fully adjusting b screw and h tension screw but to no improvement.

Any other suggestions, maybe take out a link although chain measured and also looks correct length. Driving me nuts so any suggestions appreciated.

Check the high-limit screw, chain centred on small cog?
Check for a stiff link.
Is the chain from the same transmission as the cassette?

I had a similar problem, turned out to be crooked tooth on the cassette.

You know the angle of dangle adjuster, SRAM like you to set the jockey wheel really close to the cassette.

It May be the b-tension it needs to be spot on sram mechs to work well and different hangers will effect this. It could be the chain length sram is always on the shorter side. Finally do you have enough outer cable, too short and it will effect the mech getting in it to the 11t.

Read the manuel it's all there.
