I'd say i'm a bit of a thrifty biker-only one bike, don't replace parts much, still riding in cloths from 5-10years ago etc. I therefore reckon I only spend about 2% of my income on biking. Just interested in what other people spend.
1%.With 3 young kids and a big mortgage, its amazing that I get to spend anything at all.........
doing the maths, between 10-15%. clearly I need help.
pretty much everything that's left after mortgage etc
I think it's better if I don't think about it.
Think you need help furry_marmot?
About 50-60% here. Rest goes to badminton supplies, booze, occasional train fares, cinema tickets and the like, booze, food and drink, and booze.
The life of a student is a tough one, but I manage.
120%
Very rough estimate is 2%...I think it's best it remains as a very rough estimate 😉
15-20% I dont really go out two kid's and to be honest night out with curry=£50?? rather have bike bits and a curry at home!!!!!!!!! once all bills etc are sorted as well as extras for mimi people then whats left I spank on bike bits!!!!
Zero I just look out for the CRC,wiggle parcels 😉
Mr MW how much do I owe you!!!!!!!
Hmm at a guess I would say 10-15% maybe. Could be more though.
I wouldn't even want to calculate, but it's safe to say it's WAY too much.
*buries head in sand*
Last 3 months i would say 300%. But have 2 new bikes and lots of new clothes etc.
But on average I would say 5% for maintenance, tools, parts etc.
Will be 100%+ this month on lights and MOT of the car.
Toooo much 😉 Shrugs shoulders , looks down, rubs tip of shoe into the floor and turns red 😉
30% on rent, 10% on food, 10% on mon moto.
everything else goes on bike parts, or bike weekends away.
50% on bikes
Just spent 7 months wages on new race-bike..
20% on rent and food, everything else is really bike related, only run a car so I can travel to races, rarely use it for anything else. Car was cheaper to buy than rear hub on aformentioned bike, but spend around 25% of income on diesel, + MOT + Insurance + needs new timing belt etc. All other sports stuff is just cross-training.
Honestly can't think of the last time I spent more than a fiver on myself that wasn't bike related.
I may be slightly obsessed.
lately -10% as I am selling most of my bikes 🙁
Hmmm about £2k a year on parts etc, according to my tracker. Depends if you're counting holidays and other bike related costs. If so I'd guess about 5% but it's what I love so i reckon that's a bargain.
Around 95% 😀
